(May 3, 2019) The Coastal Association of Realtors held its fourth annual Realtors Fair & Technology Expo on April 17, at the Roland E. Powell Convention Center in Ocean City.

The event featured 50 sponsors and vendors that provide services utilized by Realtors to expand their business and better serve their clients.

Over 300 real estate professionals, both locally and from across the state and Delaware, attended the event.

Prior to expo, Coastal hosted a General Membership Meeting, which featured information on the state of the association as well as a presentation by real estate attorney Al Monshower of Monshower, Miller & Magrogan.

The event’s gold sponsors were Bright MLS, Ocean City Today, Sussex Environmental Consultants, and The Gold Standard Inspection Company.

The silver sponsors were Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Comcast Business, D.R. Horton, Mancini Law Group LLC, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Navy Federal Credit Union, Pro-Spect Inspection Services, SBT Signs & Graphics, Stanley Steemer, and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

The bronze sponsors were American Home Shield, Capitol Title, Chesapeake Inspection Services, Cutco Closing Gifts, Deeley Insurance Group, First Home Mortgage, FLC Energy, Guaranteed Rate Affinity, Home Seal Services, Landmark Insurance & Financial Group, Maryland Realtors, Movement Mortgage, Plak That Printing Company, PrimeLending, Real Estate Title & Escrow, Sentrilock, The Bank of Delmarva, Tri Gas & Oil, and Vacasa Real Estate.

There were also 17 vendors.
