(May 15, 2020) During its May 6 virtual meeting, the following members were elected by the Ocean City Development Corporation membership to the Board of Directors.

The Ocean City Development Corporation Board of Directors has 15 members. These new terms will begin in June.

• Elected to a three-year term:

Nancy Bradford, Bank of Ocean City; Spiro Buas, OC Rooms; Kevin Gibbs, Dough Roller Restaurants; Danny Robinson, Hammerheads Bar & Grille, Backshore Brewing Co./Hoop Tea; and Joe Wilson, Coastal Life Realty Group.

• Elected to a two-year term:

Michael Nolen, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage/ Nolen Investments LLC

Long time Ocean City Development Corporation Board member, Reid Tingle (Bank of Ocean City) will be stepping down as well as the current Board President, Blaine Smith, who is the former zoning administrator for Town of Ocean City.

Both of these board members will be greatly missed and made a significant impact on Ocean City Development Corporation’s downtown revitalization efforts. However, both will continue to serve on Ocean City Development Corporation committees.

New OCDC Executive Committee members selected at the June 3 board meeting were:

President – Kevin Gibbs Dough Roller Restaurants; Vice President – Igor Conev, Mann Properties; Treasurer – Anna Dolle Bushnell, Dolle Candyland; Secretary – Stephanie Meehan, Funcade; and Patrick McLaughlin, 85 ‘N Sunny, LLC.

These members will serve from June 2020 through 2021.
