Birthday girl and breast cancer survivor, Jean “Bean” Keagle, of Ocean City, leads the inaugural Making Strides Against Breast Cancer car parade on the Boardwalk in October. Keagle was the top individual fund raiser, collecting $5,645. About 60 cars adorned with an assortment of pink decorations were driven on the boards.
