(Oct. 16, 2020) The undefeated Worcester Prep golf team scored another victory on Wednesday at Nutters Crossing in Salisbury.

“The team played well today and they continue to improve,” said Prep Coach Don McMullen.

The Prep team tallied a 190. Leading the Mallards was freshman Vanesska Hall. Her score of 43 earned her medalist honors for the day.

Senior captain TJ Bescak (44), senior Hunter Gentry (50) and junior Riley Schoch (53) also contributed to the win.

The Salisbury School finished in second place with a 218, followed by Gunston (234) and Salisbury Christian (250).

The last regular-season match will be held at Nutters Crossing on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

The Eastern Shore Independent Athletic Conference championship match is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. on Worcester’s home course, GlenRiddle Golf Club in Berlin.
